Mr. Salyer's attorney at Gordon and Reese SF, had filed against the
competitors and were in preparation to file against the customer,
Heinz, in an Anti-Trust complaint when the FBI, DOJ and IRS descended
upon the Salyer home with almost 100 armed agents. Mr. Salyer was
indicted on his birthday December 11, 2009 and arrested two years
exactly from the date his Anti-Trust lawsuit was filed against Rufer
and Lidestri. The opposition have played this type of "Gas Light"
continuously since. It is impossible to find any reference to the SK
Foods LP suit against the plaintiffs in the news media on the internet
but we do know that the news did cover it. It was, at the time, big
news. Prior to being forced to take legal action, Mr. Salyer discussed
the issue with Dan Poland at Heinz who was belligerent and stated
his boss has approved the activity, when confronted with the fact of
Anti-Trust activity, Poland menaced Salyer stating, "Heinz does not
like to be threatened".
